ABOUT ME...

Simply put, I’m an HR leader who genuinely enjoys the “people side” of business.

I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of people, performance, and leadership, partnering closely with leaders as they navigate growth, change, and complexity. That has meant supporting leaders across the full employee lifecycle: building strong teams, navigating performance and employee relations challenges, strengthening onboarding and development, and bringing consistency and sound judgment to how people decisions are made.

What energizes me most is helping organizations make better people decisions — especially when those decisions carry real impact.

As AI continues to change the way we work, I’m especially interested in how HR leadership evolves alongside it. I enjoy exploring how technology, creativity, and thoughtful decision-making come together to shape how work gets done, how decisions are made, and how leaders make an impact.

At the end of the day, I’m grateful to do work that allows me to care deeply, stay open and curious, and leave people and places better than I found them.
